We prioritize customer satisfaction and provide returns and refunds under the following conditions:

 

  1. Return Conditions

 

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive the wrong or defective product.

  • Products must be returned unused, intact, and in their original packaging.

  • Hygiene products (such as innerwear and blouses) are non-returnable.

 

  1. Refund Process

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days after product inspection.

  • For online payments, refunds will be issued to your bank or mobile financial account.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via mobile financial services.

 

  1. Delivery Charges

 

  • Bahari Color will bear the delivery charge for wrong or defective products.

  • In other cases, the customer is responsible for delivery charges.
